BenefitHelp Solutions was established in 1994 under the name BestChoice Administrators, Inc (BCA) to provide third-party administrative services to employers and their employees. Over the years, we have grown in size and increased the range of our product line. In 2005, BCA began doing business as BenefitHelp Solutions. The reason behind the name change was simple: the name BestChoice was being used in other regions of the country by a company unaffiliated with us or with our parent organization, Moda Health, formerly ODS Health. Changing our name to BenefitHelp Solutions helped us avoid potential confusion by consumers.
